Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind

I saw this movie last night. It was awesome. I've been looking forward to it since I heard about it a year ago, and it totally lived up to expectations. My favorite Charlie Kaufman film yet. Jim Carrey was at the top of his game.

This is why I suck at both writing movie reviews and being a film major. I can only express my feelings about movies though catch phrases and generation-Y buzz words like "cool" and "awesome" and sometimes "tubular."

  • I'll only go to movies if it is described to me as bodacious...or at least gnarly.

  • Then you'd TOTALLY love Three Ninjas Strike Back. It has all of those words on the poster, and the t/ms (times used per movie second) is through the roof!

  • Steve, really, I think we all know that it's Three Ninjas Kick Back. And you call yourself a film major. Peh...that's my cyber spit landing on your site.

  • I was trying to find a link to that movie on IMDB. Little did I know they were too unsophisticated to write out "three".

Also, did you hear about the new 3 Ninjas movie about Halliburton? It's called "The 3 Ninjas GET a Kick Back". Zing!

  • I defintely loved the movie too. I think everyone should see it!

Would love to jump in the conversation about cool movies, but I'm still upset about the cover of "Take your breath away" by Jessica Simpson. Steve promised to open a discussion about the ever growing disdain we all have for her but it has yet to happen.

    Just say no to Jessica.

  • I'm pretty poor at starting discussions. On this site, they usually just happen.

  • Yes. They sang "MMMBop You on the Head with My Nunchuks" for that movie. That song should have won an Oscar.
